Tooling

Deco takes the lead. We will design the tooling and manage the project on your behalf from tool design through to final production. Designers of zinc alloy die castings need a thorough understanding of the physical and mechanical properties of zinc and we take full responsibility for the design and production of the tooling to manufacture your product to the correct quality and time scales.
Deco Products use special zinc die casting toolmakers that have a proven track record of building die cast tools for the zinc die cast industry. Over the last 50 years we have established a successful working relationship with a number of competent toolmakers, all with particular skills that we can match to the type of zinc die cast tooling required for your product.
