Flexibility, Medium to Large Castings and Intricate castings: Deco offers the flexibility when talking die casting machines. Small functional castings weighing 3/4 lb or less are often tooled to fit in a 6" x 6" insert. These are mounted in the company's 54 - machine work cell which runs fully automatic. These small, 14 ton machines, offer customers the ultimate in competitive tooling and piece price. Medium to large castings ranging from ¾ lb to 8 lb most frequently run in our 60 ton to 500 ton die cast machines. This versatile approach yields high quality castings while minimizing tooling costs.
